Arvind SmartSpaces Ltd on 30th January 2020 reported 91 per cent rise in its net profit at Rs 19.45 crore during December 31, 2019, for the quarter. It’s total income in the third quarter of 2019-20 fiscal rose to Rs 94.54 crore, from Rs 77.83 crore in the within this period of the previous financial year. From denims and textiles to real estate, they claim it more as an evolution in their business more than a planned resolution.
The company is already handling11 projects in Ahmedabad and Bangalore with over 360 acres of land area 5.3 million sq ft. Until now, the company has incurred a total investment of Rs 135-150 crore.
Currently, the company is working on increasing its presence as a real estate contender through promotional activities.
